The 26th Annual Hoot Lake Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon. 1/4 mile Swim, 15.7 mile Bike, 3.3 mile Run. Participate as an individual or as a team!

Age Groups & Distances:
7 – 9yrs: Shoreline swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run
10 – 12 yrs: 100m swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run
13 – 15: 200m swim, 4 mile bike, 1.5 mile run

Ride HQ is located at St. James Episcopal Church on the southwest side of the lake.
Parking for out-of-town visitors is available on the side streets around Lake Alice or in the downtown lots south of the lake.

Join the ultimate Minnesota road trip! Bike MS: TRAM (The Ride Across Minnesota) is Minnesota’ greatest cycling vacation. Over 600 riders will travel through picturesque scenery and the rich history of central Minnesota, starting in Alexandria with overnight stops in Long Prairie, Wadena and Fergus Falls. Choose to ride a three-day weekend route or take on the full five days.
You’ll experience an incredible level of camaraderie as you embark on journey filled with laughter, excitement, support and a profound sense of accomplishment.
