The Haven is a completely remodeled 4,200 sq. ft. 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath walkout ranch located 4 miles from downtown Alexandria, Minnesota. This home sleeps 15 in six bedrooms and family room: 2 queen beds, 2 king beds, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a king sleeper sofa, a full-size crib and a portable crib.

The Haven sits on beautiful Lake Louise, a calm 300 acre lake. Rental includes a pontoon. The Haven has large patio doors opening to a large, furnished open deck and also to a very large covered deck.

The main level of this lakefront home features the kitchen and dining area, large living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom and a powder room. Throughout the main level, the floors are wood and tile with area rugs. The living and dining areas are open and accessible with large dining table that seat 16 people and 4 at the kitchen island.

The walkout level has ceramic tiled floors and features a family room, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The family room features a gas fireplace (with remote control), television, kitchenette with a second full-sized refrigerator, and includes a king sleeper sofa and other furniture. Two double patio doors lead to a lakeside patio and the lake.

Outside you’ll find patios or decks lakeside, by the playground, by the grill or on the balcony with plentiful outdoor furniture, a Rainbow Play System, a horseshoe area and a fire pit.

You’ll have plenty of spaces to take your morning coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise or waterfowl skimming over the Lake Louise, a calm 300 acre lake with depths up to 33 feet. It is a great fishing and swimming lake. Fish for Northerns, Crappies, Walleyes and Sunfish from the docks or on board the pontoon (included in rental fees) for a lake excursion.

Not more than 12 additional daytime guests are permitted by Douglas County VRBO requirements. Owner may have additional requirements. Parking is limited to 6 cars with no street parking.
